The traing is very good and very detailed, but for some reason it keeps crashing, I have a MAC Book Pro with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of Disk with a high performance video card. Final Cut works with no issues, the the train program keeps crashing when I pause or try to change back to Final Cut to try something I just learned. Very frustrating for me.

Aside from the crashing issue, The traing is very good and I would very highly recomend it to anyone beginner to expert.
